So we haven’t given an update in a long time. But here’s some following info:

Propter Nos III is now released and circulating online. Download your free copy today! You can order paperback copies from us now via paypal, hit us up via email to arrange an order. We also send free copies to prisoners, so please feel free to pass on addresses our way. We eventually get to every address sent to us.

We had a great event last September with Lorenzo Kom’boa Ervin speaking at the Breathing Room, an event co-sponsored by  People’s Response TeamOr Does It Explode: Black, Brown, and Indigenous Crew, and Black Lives Matter Chicago. Pictures below.

We co-hosted a small gathering at La Catrina cafe in January for CR’s The Abolitionist‘s recent “Inside/Outside” solidarity issue. The event brought together Black and Pink Chicago, Love and Protect, Prison + Neighborhood Arts Project, Mom’s United Against Violence and Incarceration, South Chicago ABC Zine Distro, and Chicago Books to Women in Prison, as well as friends, family, students and other community folx. People visited with each other, made donations, and listened to each group speak a bit about their work. Pictures below.

There are currently several study groups using our materials around the country inside prisons. Pennsylvania soon will been seeing a catalog circulate for political education materials. The distro is collaborating with Stevie Wilson at SCI-Smithfield to get this program up and running.

We also are now distributing our zines, as well as ABC zine distro’s work, through Chicago Books to Women in prison mail system. This way we can expand out readership locked up.

Finally, some of our members will be participating in the Chicago Zine fest festivities, including tabling, readings, and speaking on panels. Keep an eye out for future info on this!

Please feel free to send our address out to your people inside and we’ll get them free anti-racist, anti-capitalist, and anti-heteropatriarchy political literature. Mostly zines, but we have other stuff too. Catalog can be found here:…/tlp-catalogue-1…. .

We also have a fundraiser running until the end of the year. This is a 100% grassroots project, the money goes predominantly to postage and printing cost. The link to our fundraiser can be found here:
